Ride for the Roses 2024
Nearly 200 colleagues, family members, friends, and associates of Dutch Flower Group cycled and walked on Sunday, September 29, during the 25th edition of the Ride for the Roses for KWF 2024.
With around 1,600 participants in total, we raised more than €240,000 for cancer research and support centers in the region. What a special day to contribute to as the DFG family! Our team included the youngest participants, aged 7 and 9, as well as people who joined for the 22nd time or for the very first time. What unites us is our shared commitment to this important cause.
Our sincere thanks to Marjoland for sponsoring the beautiful red roses, Paardekooper B.V. for the sleeves for the finish-line roses, Ruigrok for sleeving them, Geostick B.V., Vip Roses, and Dümmen Orange for providing their locations along the route, Dutch Flower Foundation for the extra donation to KWF, Koeltransport Aalsmeer B.V. for transporting the bikes from the Westland, I Care Productions for the organization, the DFG colleagues’ project team, and of course all the cyclists, walkers, and sponsors!
