Liselot Olivier-van Berkum financial director at The Floral Connection
As of 14 September 2026, Liselot Olivier-van Berkum will join The Floral Connection (TFC), part of Dutch Flower Group (DFG), as financial director. Together with Frances Franken, managing director, she will form the new executive team.
With extensive experience in financial and business control at organisations including G‑Star RAW and Blokker, Liselot has developed strong expertise in financial management. Over the past five years, she has worked as an interim manager, supporting companies including PLUS and Rituals in professionalising their financial processes and strengthening data-driven decision-making.
