Job Description: As a Commercial Administrator – 中国市场 at Fresh From Source, you are invaluable to our team. Your role involves receiving and processing orders, placing orders, and ensuring that all documentation is complete and accurate. You will maintain daily communication with suppliers, customers, and transportation companies. Knowledge of Chinese culture and language, including the ability to speak Chinese fluently, is a requirement for this position. Understanding both the language and culture is crucial for success in this role. Proficiency in English is a must, and knowledge of Dutch is a plus.

• You process incoming orders accurately and efficiently;
• You coordinate and place orders with our suppliers to relieve the customer;
• You carefully manage all required documentation and ensure that everything is complete;
• You work with suppliers, customers and transporters;
• ou communicate easily with any type of person.
