Titus van Wijngaarden financial director at Hamiplant
As of 1 December 2025, Titus van Wijngaarden has been appointed financial director at Hamiplant, part of Dutch Flower Group (DFG). Together with Liesbeth Schaafsma, managing director, he forms the company’s new executive team. Van Wijngaarden succeeds Martin Vingerling, who recently left the organisation after 14 years.
With many years of experience in finance, including positions at T-Mobile, Danone, Lely, The Greenery and most recently as financial director at De Jong Verpakking for the past three years, Van Wijngaarden has built strong expertise in financial management, organisational transformation and IT.
He has supported various companies in improving their financial processes, with a focus on developing financial teams into true business partners. Titus brings a combination of strategic financial knowledge and over ten years of experience within the agricultural and horticultural sectors.
