Meet our colleagues

To get a better idea of what what it is like to work for Dutch Flower Group or for one of the DFG companies, we asked several colleagues what they like about their job. We will give you a little insight into the workplace of the colleague being interviewed.

3,150 people work at Dutch Flower Group and the DFG companies at home and abroad. They have all chosen to work for a specific company. One in Retail, the other in Wholesale Plants. All companies are unique and have their own identity and image. The working atmosphere is different for every company.

Meet our colleagues at OZ Export

We asked Roy (Shop Manager) why you should work at OZ Export:

Every day is different in the flower industry and therefore also at OZ Export. This provides a lot of variety. Busy periods followed by quieter periods, which means that the focus around activities also differs. Furthermore, there are many seasonal flowers that come and go. As a result, there is a new focus on a different beautiful product every time. A lot is also possible at OZ Export. Continuing to grow by means of hard work but above all involvement is also possible.

His colleague Anita is Account Manager for Poland and works over 10 years at OZ Export.

I started as Account Manager Poland in January 2010 and I still enjoy doing that. I am part of the Polish team, but I am also founder of social media accounts (OZ Export Polska on Instagram and FB) which now play a big role in my work.
I was also allowed to share my experiences with social media, tips and tops with various colleagues from DFG during Sales-Marketing course. I also created “Say Yes To The Flower” project together with a colleague from the marketing department.
