DUTCH FLOWER POWER GROUP
Young professionals from various disciplines within Dutch Flower Group are given the opportunity to further develop themselves by working together.
Dutch Flower Group consists of a large number of individual companies, each with its own specialism and talent. Dutch Flower Power Group was set up in 2007 to bring the talent from all these different companies together. This changing group consists of 40 young professionals, each with their own background and area of expertise. Dutch Flower Power Group gives our talents the opportunity to meet, inspire and learn from each other.
HORTIHEROES
HortiHeroes is the Agrifood & Floriculture sector’s own platform for talent development, innovation and start-ups.
We are proud to be among HortiHeroes’ founding partners. We believe it’s important that our Dutch Flower Group colleagues participate in this programme, in order to further their development by exchanging knowledge, inspiration and energy with other heroes from the fresh produce sector.
Our colleague Maartje Verdult won the first ever HortiHeroes challenge in 2018 with a start-up called HortiCity.
INTERSHIPS AND GRADUATION ASSIGNMENTS WITHIN DUTCH FLOWER GROUP
